Arbitration Service
CEAC supports the arbitration and mediation services under www.odrglobal.in
While arbitration. in facilitates conducting of virtual arbitration or mediation proceedings, CEAC acts as a registrar for the sessions and provides certified copies of the proceedings.
The facility of arbitration. in would be made available to CEAC members on the basis of hourly rent at concessional rates.
Members may book online arbitration rooms either through CEAC in advance indicating the list of participants including the arbitrators, counselors and the litigants. On registration, CEAC would provide access credentials to all participants.
During the scheduled arbitration proceedings, a representative of CEAC will attend the proceedings (virtually) as the registrar and record the proceedings. The copy of the recorded proceedings duly certified by CEAC would be provided to the registrant under copies to other stakeholders.
The center is owned by Ujvala Consultants Pvt Ltd, promoted by Naavi, a pioneer in many aspects of Cyber Law related developments in India.
